Villa Golf is a family run, nine hole pay & play course, set in a tranquil valley in the charming, picturesque, village of Blackham.

Originally designed in 1990, the course has matured to become a genuine test of skill both experienced and novice golfers.

Currently a 9 hole, the course is gradually being expanded and offers a variation on the back nine for those wishing to play 18 holes.

Villa Golf allows golfers to play a challenging game whilst enjoying the virtually unchanged surroundings of peaceful, Sussex farm.

Tunbridge Wells Golf Course

Visitors are always welcome at our course and are often delighted by this hidden gem less than a mile outside Tunbridge Wells town centre. Nevill Golf Club

Founded in 1914 and with over 800 members, Nevill Golf Club is well placed on the Southern edge of Tunbridge Wells and has a magnificent view south from the verandah of the clubhouse over the well wooded slopes of Bayham and Frant. The course is exceptionally enjoyable and challenging at the same time and, from its tips, can stretch to nearly 6,500-yards.

Many holes are memorable, but surely the 10th and 11th, back-to-back par fives, stand out for most people. Get through this without tearing your card up and you've done very well indeed.

Visitors are very welcome but are advised to book with the secretary well in advance to avoid clashing with club dates and various members' competitions.

Royal Ashdown Forest Golf Course

Royal Ashdown Forest Golf Club in East Sussex, founded in 1888, is ranked by Golf World as one of the top 100 clubs in the British Isles.

It has two 18 hole courses - the Old and the West. The Old Course has been used by the R&A as an Open Championship Regional Qualifying venue, hosted the international match between England and Spain in 2007 and the Senior Woman's English Close Amateur Stroke Play Championship in June 2009. In August 2011 the Old Course stages the Ladies' British Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship.

Piltdown Golf Course

Piltdown Golf Club in East Sussex is close to Uckfield, Haywards Heath and Lewes and was founded in 1904. The course was constructed on Piltdown Common near to the Piltdown Pond. It has no sand bunkers and is not particularly long, measuring just over 6000 yards from the medal tees. The terrain is fairly level but the narrow fairways, small greens and an abundance of heather and gorse make for challenging golf.

Sweetwoods Park Golf Course

Visitors are welcome at Sweetwoods Park, all year round. We offer a fair yet challenging test of golf, which will make you want to visit time and time again.

Visitors can play 7 days a week, although restrictions will apply at the weekends. We welcome individual, society and corporate bookings.

After successfully negotiating your way around 18 holes – wind down and chat about that par saving chip or narrowly missed eagle putt over some great food and a drink or two.

Our spacious and welcoming clubhouse –and accompanying terrace area- is the perfect venue.

Lamberhurst Golf Club

Described by the Kent & Sussex Courier as the "Augusta National of Kent", our 18 holes snake through mature parkland with spectacular views over the local Kent & Sussex countryside. At first glance the course, at 6,423 yards off the back tees, looks simple but the subtle slopes and undulations test even the lowest handicapper. Master our "Amen corner" including the flagship 12th hole at 217 yards, with a carry over water, and you will be well on the way to a good golf round.
