Tunbridge Wells Cricket Club is one of the leading clubs in the Kent Cricket League, having been a founder member in 1970.

Widely acknowledged as one of the most picturesque grounds in the country, The Nevill is a marvellous place to play cricket. We have a comfortable pavilion with a well-stocked bar, so even if you are a non-playing member you can just call by and take in some cricket while relaxing over a cool drink.

Kent County Cricket Club come here annually and play One-Day matches and at least one 4-day County Championship game; in 2009, there was the first County 20-20 contest played at The Nevill, which was a tremendous success all-round, and great entertainment. Hopefully this event has become a regular feature with its sell-out attendance; most of our Memberships include free entrance to the Championship games. Clubmark status was achieved in 2004 and is currently maintained, moreover TWCC also enjoy Focus Club designation from the ECB/KCB.

The Youth section plays a very important role in the continued growth and success of Tunbridge Wells Cricket Club, and we work hard to encourage youngsters develop their cricketing skills.

The Cricket Boards of England and Wales, and Kent, (ECB/KCB), have awarded us Clubmark and Focus Club Community Cluster status: confirming that we are a safe, effective, and child-friendly Club, and will receive their special support in our continued efforts to develop cricket provision in the community.

Youth members are full members with entitlement to all privileges (apart from some legal restrictions).

Qualified coaches and match managers ensure that boys and girls can enjoy the pleasure of training and playing on The Nevill, one of the country’s most beautiful county cricket grounds.

Training sessions for boys and girls are held weekly throughout the summer, and there are winter training sessions.
